From a fall, a path of reconstruction was born

At sixteen I started university. I was a high-level acrobatic gymnast and, like many people, I had learned to measure my worth by my achievements, my performance and the approval of others. From the outside, everything seemed to be going well. 

Until an accident changed my life

A serious fall during training left me immobilized for months. Overnight, the sport, the plans and the life I had imagined were gone. In the silence of that room, loneliness, questions and pain set in as well.

But that accident was not the end. It was the beginning of a far deeper reconstruction.

During that time I discovered that my worth did not depend on what I could do, how I looked or what others thought of me. I discovered that every person possesses a dignity no one can take away, because it springs from the simple fact of existing and of having been created by God.

What began as a personal reconstruction became a search that spanned many years. I studied nursing, worked as an international executive at Sanofi-Aventis, trained as a Master Coach, chaired AICI France and, for more than twenty years, supported hundreds of people from different cultures as they rebuilt their confidence and discovered their purpose.

From that experience, together with my faith and my professional practice, the CERCA Method was born: a path of human reconstruction that integrates identity, virtues and action to help each person flourish again from who they truly are.
